Fees are determined according to the nature and scope of the work, taking into account the Attorneyship Minimum Fee Tariff. Clear and transparent information is provided during the preliminary consultation.

Is it possible to resolve a matter without filing a lawsuit?

How is power of attorney granted to a lawyer?

A power of attorney is drawn up at a notary; all you need to do is visit a notary with your ID. If you are abroad, you can also grant power of attorney through Turkish consulates. In the preliminary consultation, we determine together the type of power of attorney suited to your case.

Which documents should I bring to the first consultation?

Bringing any contracts, correspondence, notifications, court or enforcement documents related to the dispute, as well as any previously issued rulings, will speed up the assessment.
