5. Transfer

Your data may be transferred, to the extent required by the service, to judicial authorities, enforcement offices, notaries, mediators, expert witnesses, competent public institutions, and hosting service providers.

6. Method of collection

Your data is collected through website forms, phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings at the office.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request its correction or deletion, to object to the results of automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.

8. Application

You may submit your requests in writing to the address above or by email, together with information verifying your identity; your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
